School District Update - April 3, 2019

According to Stifel Inc., we will be selling bonds within 30 days to receive funding for our bond project. We may need to call a special Governing Board meeting in April for authorization to sell our bonds. If so, we will notify the public of the date and time. Why is this taking so long? We are going through the long process of receiving a credit rating. We want the best rate for our taxpayers. This summer, we will be demolishing the J and K buildings, these are the two buildings just North of the Café, to make room for the academic and gym buildings. We are currently at 25% completed drawings for the new school buildings. We are working hard to make this happen for our kids. Please don't hesitate to call me, Anthony Perkins, at 928.683.2225 ext. 114 if you have questions. The public will receive monthly updates.
